Iowa State Fair Quilt Tiles

Since announcing the 2020 State Fair Sampler BOM I’ve gotten some questions about the original tiles on the Jacobson Exhibition Center. The first year or two that the exhibition center was open, there were fliers with all the quilt blocks on them. I pick one of these up and used it as the basis for the State Fair Sampler.

I’ve taken some pictures of the flier and posted them below. Hopefully, they will be helpful if you want to use the same colors in your quilt or if you want to make blocks from other counties.
